We focus on candid photos that are natural and relaxed. We let your child show us their world by following them around and showing us what they like best.
Each photo session has two parts. We have a little studio set up in a relaxed and quiet environment for the first part. For the second part we are being active outside, going sliding, climbing, riding bikes and doing other fun activities.

F.A.Q. for parents on Kinder photo session
Before Photo Week:
Why do I have to preorder?
We only photograph children that have a booked session with us. We plan staff ratios based on sign-ups and it also helps to minimize our time at the kindergarten or childcare centre to not cause interruptions in the daily flow. It is also a consent from the parents that we are allowed to photograph their child.
How do I order my photo package?
Just follow either the link or click on the QR-code that has been provided to you by the kindergarten or childcare centre your child is attending.
During Photo Week:
I forgot to preorder. Is it too late to order now?
As long as we are still there and your child is there you can still order a package with us.
How many photos do you take?
We photograph a wide range of different activities and poses while we are interacting with your child during the photo session. For example, we will use 4 to 5 different locations outside and play with different toys and books inside our on-site photo studio. We are looking for the best smiles and expressions of your child and we know when we have a great photo! You receive an online gallery with 20-30 images, where you can make a selection for your downloads and kindy album. You can also order individual prints through your online gallery. Your online gallery will be available for online viewing during photo week or within a few days after and stays active for 30 days.
Do you take group photos?
Yes we do. Depending on the numbers of booked group photo we receive, we take them on the day your child attends. Group photos are taken from age 2 onwards. Group photos are only available as a print, not as a digital file for privacy reasons.
Do you take sibling photos?
Yes we do. We love taking them! If you have more than one child you will receive a personal gallery in accordance to your booking including both children. We also offer special packages for families with more than one child at the centre. Sibling photos are available as individual prints or digitals but not as a kindy album.
My child is sick / absent / on holiday during photo week…
As long as you have preordered a package with us we’ll come back to take your child's photos. This will be organized with the kindergarten or childcare center during the following weeks.
We only return for pre-purchases.
My child is a bit snotty, can you fix that for me?
We always aim for clean faces and we’ll do our absolute best with the help of the staff members of the kindergarten or childcare centre. If your child is being photographed after lunch and the food is displayed on their clothes, we won’t be able to fix that unless you provided a spare set of clothes during photo week.
After Photo Week:
When do I get to see the images?
We understand that you are excited to see your photos! This is why we edit them right after the photo session. You will receive a link to your personal online gallery either during photo week or a few days after.
Do I get to chose my favorite 10 images?
Yes, you do. We will send you a notification once your gallery is ready. You receive 20-30 images of your child which you can choose your favorite images from. If you have ordered a kindy album you have 10 days to make a selection of your favorite photos. We will send a reminder email, so please keep an eye out for those. We want to provide a fast delivery, and we only send bulk orders to the printers. If you can’t make a decision we are also happy to choose the photos for your kindy album for you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on the package. Digital files are available to download as soon as your online gallery is ready. The kindy book and additional prints take 10-14 business days to be ready after you made your selection.
I only preordered digital files but I would like to order the kindy album too. Is this still possible?
Of course it is. We understand, sometimes it is difficult to make a final decision before you see the product. Once you have access to your online gallery you can also order the kindy book and just pay the difference between your current package and the one of your choosing.
This is also possible if you only ordered the kindy book and would like to order digital files too.
We also offer kindy albums as grandparents add-ons.
What if I don’t like my child’s photos?
Don’t worry, we want you to be happy. Just get in touch with us and we can re-shoot during the day we come back for absentees. We also offer a refund as long as you haven’t downloaded your photos yet and return all printed material.
